Supporting high quality sustainable growth in England

Brownfield Skills

The Draft Brownfield Skills Strategy has been developed following extensive research and consultation surrounding the barriers that prevent or hinder the reuse of brownfield land. Throughout this background work one key issue was repeatedly identified – the lack of people with ‘brownfield’ skills.

Draft Brownfield Skills Strategy

The public consultation period for the Draft Brownfield Skills Strategy closed on 11 June 2008.  The final Strategy will be published this summer.
