Napier to become Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) chairman

English Partnerships’ Chairman, Robert Napier, has been appointed as Chair designate of the HCA.

Robert will continue in his current role as Chairman of English Partnerships until the Homes and Communities Agency takes over these roles and responsibilities.
